SomethingElse, is a beverage company creating a portfolio of premium, non-alcoholic beverages, sold direct-to-consumer. The company is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with operations and fulfillment based in Half Moon Bay, CA.   The key responsibilities of this role cover all core operational aspects of the company including marketing, operations, and customer experience:

• Marketing & Sales. Help achieve sales targets by managing the company’s online marketing efforts & resources including organic media, paid media and partnership efforts. 
• Operations & Logistics. Assist all aspects of day-to-day operations of the business including managing daily shipping operations staff & activities, managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods, managing production scheduling and logistics.
• Customer experience.  Define strategy, systems & processes for customer experience across all channels and manage the execution of delightful service.  

This is a full time role, reporting to the co-founders and regular physical presence in our Half Moon Bay, CA location is required.
